Placing an Order

Online Orders

The quickest way to enroll is by using a credit card and filling in our online order form. We process orders on a secure server (SSL) and as soon as you confirm your order, we email you a receipt of your order and login information.

Phone Orders

US Customers can order by phone by calling toll-free 877-EPREP44 (877-377-3744). Canada and International callers, please dial 714-668-5107. Please be prepared to provide your credit card details and shipping address.

Using a Coupon

If you've received a coupon from ePrep or an ePrep affiliate, you can enter this coupon during checkout. To do so, type your coupon(s) into the "Coupon" field in the "Shopping Cart" screen. Once entered, your will receive a confirmation that your coupon and its discount has been applied. Repeat this process if you have multiple coupons that are valid for the order.

Secure Ordering

ePrep believes in providing a safe and secure shopping experience for all of our customers. To that end, ePrep has implemented security measures to protect the information we collect at our Web site. For example, ePrep limits the number of employees that have access to the databases that contain personal data, and all ePrep employees are advised of the importance of confidentiality.

Payment Options

Your credit card will be charged at the time of order. You will immediately receive both an email confirmation and an email giving your unique login information to begin the ePrep service.
We are unable to accept cash or credit vouchers. ePrep accepts the following credit cards:

  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • American Express
  • Discover

If we are unable to process your credit card, please check to ensure you entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement exactly. Note that we cannot authorize your card unless the billing address on file with your credit card company matches exactly to the billing address supplied to ePrep. Please refer to your credit card company if the problem persists.

Sales Tax

At present, ePrep collects sales tax on all orders shipped within the state of New Jersey. Please note that on-screen order totals reflect estimated tax.


Returns & Cancellations

In order to cancel your ePrep subscription and receive a full purchase-price refund: (i) you must, within seven (7) calendar days of purchase, send an email to support@eprep.com that clearly states your desire to cancel your subscription and receive a refund and (ii) you may not have completed more than five percent (5%) of the multiple-choice questions included in the study program that is the subject of your cancellation/refund request.

Guarantee

We're so confident ePrep will help maximize your score we offer a point increase guarantee for all of our courses. If, after taking a full ePrep course, you do not achieve the specified score increase you may file a claim under our ePrep Guarantee and repeat the program for free.
